Diving Into Polyrhythmic Worlds: Between the Grids

I’m excited to share that my first track, “Between the Grids,” is out now on Spotify, Apple Music, and all major streaming platforms! This live jam features the Moog Subharmonicon, a dream instrument for exploring polyrhythmic harmonies—the main focus of my upcoming EP.

For this track, I ran the Subharmonicon straight into Ableton Live, adding textures and effects with pedals like the Chase Bliss Mood MKII, Butterfly Effects Dobro, and the Walrus Audio D1 delay. The result is a live, evolving soundscape that’s both organic and experimental, capturing the beauty of layered rhythms and harmonies.

I’m using this project as a study of how polyrhythms can interact to create complex, musical patterns—and the Subharmonicon is the perfect tool for that.
