Bliss Fest Amsterdam 2025 Report
Last weekend, the very first Bliss Fest, hosted by Chase Bliss, took place at the Q-Factory in Amsterdam. As a long-time lover of creative gear, pedals, and everything related to sound design, there was no way I was going to miss this one. And let me just say it straight away: it was magical. Coffee, unexpected discoveries, inspiring conversations… and yes, I even went home with a new pedal. But more on that later.
A Day Full of Gear, Music, and Inspiration
From the moment I walked into the Q-Factory, the vibe was instantly welcoming. It didn’t feel like a trade show—it felt like a gathering of musicians, gear nerds, and curious visitors all brought together by a love for sound. Small demo tables were set up everywhere, giving you the chance to try things hands-on, talk to the makers, and just soak up the creativity.
Of course, Chase Bliss had their full lineup on display, but what made the event really special for me were the brands I had never heard of before.
New Discoveries – On Guitars, Butterfly Effects & Chompi Club
One of my biggest surprises was On Guitars. Their instruments stood out immediately—not only visually stunning but also sonically unique. I had never even heard of them before, but a few minutes of playing and I understood why they were here.
Then there was Butterfly Effects, bringing some seriously creative pedals to the table. Their designs are playful, experimental, and perfect for exploring new sonic textures. Definitely a brand I’ll be keeping an eye on for future projects.
And let’s talk about Chompi Club for a second. Their quirky little sampler caught my attention right away—hands-on, fun to play with, and loaded with character. It’s one of those pieces of gear that instantly makes you think of ten new track ideas the moment you touch it.

Walking through Bliss Fest felt like stepping into a candy store for sound lovers—every table had something different, from glitchy loops to lush ambient textures, experimental synths, and beautifully refined overdrives.
A Big Surprise – I Won a Chase Bliss Mood Mk II!
And then came the unexpected twist. At the end of the day, Chase Bliss held a giveaway raffle… and I grabbed a Yellow ticket! Which meant II went home with a Mood Mk II, one of their most beloved and versatile pedals.
I’m already itching to plug it in and see what kinds of textures and ideas it inspires. Don’t be surprised if a “first impressions” video pops up on my channel soon.
Bliss Fest 2025 was an absolute highlight for me. Whether you’re a pedal fanatic, a synth enthusiast, or just curious about new musical worlds, this event is all about inspiration, community, and discovering gear you didn’t even know you needed.
